Prof. Dr. A. SWARNALATHA, M.E., Ph.D.,

With over 28 years of distinguished experience in engineering education, she has made significant contributions to teaching, academic leadership, curriculum development, and research. She has extensive expertise in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and OBCFC curriculum frameworks, including accreditation and compliance processes. She has previously served as Dean of the Curriculum Development Center and Academics, where she spearheaded curriculum development, academic regulations, and autonomous academic processes. She has played key roles in NBA and NAAC accreditation activities, with expertise in NBA Criterion 3 and NAAC Curricular Aspects. She holds a Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, and has 38 research publications, including 13 Web of Science-indexed publications with a highest impact factor of 8.7. As a recognized research supervisor of Anna University, she has successfully guided five Ph.D. scholars and continues to mentor research scholars.
