Engineering College Entrepreneurship Cell<\/strong>&nbsp;(E Cell) is a management supported Pre- Incubation centre, that focuses on developing the Entrepreneurial mind-set amongst students thereby promoting Start-up culture was formed in 2008.&nbsp; It is approved by Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (<em>CED<\/em>),&nbsp;<em>Anna University and <\/em>Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute-<em>Tamil Nadu<\/em>&nbsp;(<em>EDII)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Cell encourage students throughout the nation to start their own&nbsp;enterprise with following initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organising Workshops\/Seminar&nbsp;and&nbsp;Guest Lectures&nbsp;periodically to create awareness about Innovation &amp; Entrepreneurship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Functioning as a guide for students with&nbsp;innovative ideas which can be transformed into successful Product\/Process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing Mentorship&nbsp;through individuals for students launching their start-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide seed money to convert idea to prototype.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funding to file, publish and grant patent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize internal Hackathons, idea competition, Mini-challenges, Project Expo, Field visit to villages, schools and incubation centres, Business Plan Contest, Intellectual Property Rights workshop, Entrepreneur Talk, Leadership Talk, Innovation day Celebrations, Start-up and Entrepreneur Award functions with the involvement of industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":43,"template":"","format":"standard","class_list":["post-805","ecell","type-ecell","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.rmkec.ac.in\/2023\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ecell\/805","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.rmkec.ac.in\/2023\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ecell"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.rmkec.ac.in\/2023\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ecell"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.rmkec.ac.in\/2023\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/43"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.rmkec.ac.in\/2023\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=805"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
