Welcome to the 3rd National Conference on Research Issues in Computer Science and Engineering, is to focuses on the role of research issues in computer science and engineering. The event aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners who are interested in the field of computer science. Experts from Industry who are committed to work on the development of computing technologies and technology applications are also warmly welcome. NCRICSE2012 is held during March 01-02, 2012 in Chennai, India and jointly organised by Computer Society of India (CSI), IEEE Madras Section, Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST), and Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in India. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computational Engineering, Communication, Networking and other related areas. All the registered papers will be published with ISBN Number (CD media). The extended version of the registered and selected papers alone will be published in leading international journals having impact factor.

English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (PDF only) format.
